I like the idea of new hairstyles and facial options (Beauty shop). Don't get me wrong it's not that I don't like the ones they have right now, But there are races and classes I want to play, but won't because of the character customization that they have. Character customization is a big deal in my gaming life and if I can't like how the character looks I can't play them.

Wish they would make the game work with Windows 8. Kinda stuck until they do something.
