Sorry I was not in Sunday, I am having a gamegaurd issue and none of the fixes are not working and tech support is not usefull.
Any suggestions welcome.

Della, the whole L2 folder is marked as exclusion on your antivirus program? It will bug with some antiviruses ie Avast!
